Your video production quote
We prepare your video production quote around your aims, filming requirements and deliverables. We work for businesses, agencies and organisations in Madrid and throughout Spain.
Here we explain how we plan, film and edit, and answer common questions before commissioning a production. Tell us about your project to receive a proposal.
Video in 4K or Full HD
We agree the resolution and delivery formats according to your project and publishing channels. Picture quality, lighting and sound are planned together with the filming requirements.
Footage backups
We back up the footage and organise the files for editing. This approach reduces the risk of data loss and makes the project easier to track.
A clearly defined written scope
We specify filming days, crew, editing, versions and schedule in the quote. Revisions and any additional work are agreed so you know what the production includes and what is priced separately.
The stages of video production
1. Video production quote
To prepare a proposal, we need to know your aims and audience, what needs filming, the locations, dates and deliverables.
Tell us the approximate duration, publishing channels and whether you have a script, references or existing material. An indication of your budget also helps us suggest realistic options.
We set out the scope of preparation, crew, filming days, editing and delivery. Additional requirements are assessed before being included.
2. Filming
Once the proposal is agreed, we organise the schedule and preparation: script or running order, locations, participants, access and resources.
During filming, we set up and check the camera, lighting and sound for the production. Planning establishes the shots, interviews and scenes needed for the agreed deliverables.
3. Video editing
We organise the footage and develop the edit, colour, sound and included graphics. Review versions are shared through the agreed process.
The quote specifies deliverables and rounds of revisions. If the original scope expands, we explain the effect on cost and schedule before proceeding.
Organising and retaining your footage
Backup equipment
We work with backup equipment, including a second camera available during filming. Planning alternatives helps us respond to technical problems.
File backups
We make copies of recorded material and use duplicated storage during editing. These measures reduce the risk of losing files.
Project retention
We retain the footage and final project for at least six months after delivery. If you need new versions or files resent, please ask about availability and the work required.
FAQ: frequently asked questions
How much does video production cost?
Costs depend on filming days, equipment, travel and editing or animation work. Voiceover, versions, languages and urgency also affect the price.
We work with our own equipment and scale each production to its brief. When comparing quotes, check that they cover the same scope and deliverables. Send us your project details to receive a proposal.
How long does it take to deliver the edited video?
As a guide, many projects require between 5 and 14 days of editing. Some event highlights can be prepared within 24–48 hours when this service is planned in advance and availability permits.
The specific deadline is confirmed in the quote according to complexity, availability and revisions. Mention any publication date or urgent deadline when you first contact us.
What does the video service include?
The proposal specifies preparation, filming, editing, colour, sound and included deliverables. Graphics, voiceover, subtitles, versions and other resources are agreed for each project.
Every job has different requirements. If you already have footage or only need filming or editing, we can quote for that scope.
Which type of video does my business need?
It depends on what you want to communicate. A corporate video introduces your business; a customer success story shows a client’s experience; construction progress coverage documents a project; and live streaming broadcasts an event.
Tell us about your audience, message and channel so we can suggest the right format.
How many people work on the project?
We adapt the crew to the filming requirements. We can work with a small production or bring in camera, sound, lighting and drone operators, alongside post-production specialists.
The proposal defines the resources required for the agreed scope. We work in Madrid and can travel throughout Spain.

Time-lapse, drone footage, interviews and ground-level filming to tell the story of a construction project from start to finish.
Request your video production quote
Send us your aims, location, dates and required deliverables. Include any references or an indicative budget. We will prepare a video production quote covering the scope and deliverables your project needs.
3 decisions to consider when reviewing a video production quote
The aim and format. A company introduction, an interview and an event highlight film need different approaches. When preparing your video production quote, we review what you want to communicate, to whom and where the piece will be published. You can watch our construction progress production for ASEFA as one example.
Filming and resources. Locations, participants and filming days determine the equipment and crew needed. A video production quote should distinguish filming from other work, such as graphics, voiceover and additional versions. We agree what is required before producing the piece.
Deliverables and revisions. We specify the main film, versions, deadlines and included revisions. Comparing a video production quote solely on price can hide differences in scope. We help you assess what you will receive and which options suit your project.
You do not need every detail resolved to request a video production quote: send us the information and references you have. We can then define the proposal and clarify outstanding requirements.
