This service works especially well when the programme is predictable and important moments happen in an orderly sequence. A conference with speakers, breaks, audience reactions, venue details and networking offers many opportunities to capture photographs and video at different times.

Rather than trying to record everything continuously, we plan coverage around the final result. We can photograph a speaker and then film audience shots, the stage or another part of the same presentation. That combination creates a highlights video that conveys the atmosphere, participation and main messages of the gathering.

It can also suit relaxed opening events, training days, company meetings and presentations with defined timings. The decision depends on what happens and what you need to receive, rather than just the number of guests. Before booking, we review the schedule and priorities together.

This service is not suitable for events where things happen very quickly and you need all of them captured in both video and photographs. A fast awards ceremony, a sports competition, an action-packed performance or two simultaneous activities may require each professional to focus on their own discipline.

We also do not recommend it if you need every talk recorded in full while receiving complete photographic coverage from different positions. One operator cannot move around taking photographs while continuously monitoring another recording with specific framing and audio requirements.
