Your wedding film, in your style
Preparation, filming and editing
At José Villaescusa Producciones, we plan your filming with you: timings, locations, important moments and the style you enjoy. We aim for discreet coverage and an edit that reflects how you experienced the day.
We use 4K cameras, sound equipment and stabilised movement as appropriate for each moment. You can request private examples to assess our work and explore the options for wedding filming and equipment.
Drone footage for your wedding
Aerial footage can show the setting and wedding location. Drone filming is included in our pricing, subject to conditions in the area, necessary permissions, weather and flight safety.
We confirm feasibility for your date and location before planning this part of the filming.

1. Wedding highlight or trailer
A short film, approximately the length of a song, brings together a selection of wedding moments. It can take a more emotional approach or give greater prominence to the celebration and your guests.
We review references and the approach with you so that the editing fits the style you want.
2. Full wedding summary film
The standard service includes a comprehensive summary of the day, covering the main moments of the ceremony and celebration. It usually starts at around 35 minutes, with its length adapted to the material from each wedding.
The structure and music selection are prepared around your preferences. The coverage and deliverables are specified in the proposal.
3. Delivery of your film
Editing is usually completed one to two months after the wedding. We confirm your project’s schedule and delivery method.
You can receive the files online or in a presentation box with a USB drive, as agreed. Films are delivered in 4K quality.
4. Equipment and coverage options
We work with 4K cameras, stabilisation and sound equipment. Depending on the wedding, we can consider a second operator, drone filming or an edit to screen on the same day.

What wedding filming includes
GETTING READY ♡
This part of the wedding film shows the couple getting ready before the event: nerves, family, anticipation and every little detail. Family provides invaluable support, helping you settle your nerves and share moments of reassurance and closeness with your loved ones.
CEREMONY ♡
It begins! The ceremony captures that first moment when the groom sees his bride in her wedding dress. Family and friends accompany you for the exchange of rings, your “I do” and your first kiss as a married couple. Each speech is filmed in full so you can always remember those wonderful words from family and friends. Then comes the ceremony exit, when you can finally speak to everyone and enjoy that wonderful, occasionally rather energetic shower of rice.
COUPLE’S SESSION ♡
You are married, so we celebrate with a few photographs and some filming before the drinks reception and wedding breakfast. We avoid forced poses, walking and chatting naturally as the day’s emotions settle. Fun activities and small games help you relax in front of the camera, creating a different, joyful couple’s session that shows the love you share.
RECEPTION & WEDDING BREAKFAST ♡
Time to relax and enjoy your loved ones, good food and drinks. For video and photography, we move throughout the venue, filming a wide variety of guests and focusing on the most beautiful and entertaining moments. If you arrange group photographs, we will be there to capture the memory on video too, encouraging a few cheers for the newlyweds.
PARTY ♡
After your wonderful first dance, we film the liveliest guests, moving around the dance floor and inviting everyone to wave to the camera or show a few dance moves. If you still have energy and join in yourselves, we will be there to capture the day ending with so much love and happiness.
Second camera operator
A second operator allows us to cover simultaneous moments and capture more viewpoints of the ceremony and celebration. It also makes it easier to divide coverage between a fixed camera and stabilised movement.
We assess this according to timings, locations and the number of spaces. The proposal specifies which part of the day each professional covers.
Editing on the wedding day: same day edit
This option lets you screen a short summary during the celebration. While one operator continues filming, another professional prepares an edit using footage from the day.
It requires coordinated timings, an editing workspace and a screening system. It includes support from a second operator up to the couple’s session and is added to the standard package deliverables, according to the agreed scope.
If you are interested, mention it when requesting a quote so we can confirm equipment and availability.
Pre-wedding and post-wedding films
A session before or after the wedding allows more time to film in a setting you love. A pre-wedding session helps us get to know each other and helps you become comfortable with the camera; a post-wedding session offers another opportunity to enjoy your wedding outfits.
Location, duration and travel are planned separately from the wedding day.
A film of photographs from your story
We prepare an edit of your photographs to screen during the wedding. You can choose a visual style from our examples and provide the images you would like included.
We agree on duration, music and delivery format. This complements wedding filming and is quoted according to the editing required.
Partners and options for your wedding
Wedding photography
We do not provide wedding photography directly. We collaborate with professionals who have their own style, rates and terms, and with whom we can coordinate photography and video coverage.
Drone and specialist operator
We can assess anything from occasional aerial coverage to a dedicated operator. The area, required permissions and weather determine whether flying is feasible.
