The quote specifies visits, equipment, deliverables and expected duration. Photography, interviews and additional filming days are included where agreed. You know what the monthly fee covers and what requires an extension.

A filming and delivery schedule for the project
We define which phases to document and how to combine time-lapse, drone and ground-level filming. Visits are coordinated with the site manager around milestones and actual progress.
Monthly deliveries bring selected footage together in progress films. At completion, we can prepare an overall edit if included in the proposal. Duration, graphics, versions, revisions and delivery channels are agreed beforehand.

Drone footage to show construction progress
Aerial views explain scale, access, structures and changes between phases. Comparable viewpoints make progress easy to appreciate.
Flight conditions and location requirements are assessed before confirming the shoot. Indoor flights are reviewed individually according to space, activity and safety.
Construction drone photography can add images for documentation, presentations and corporate communication.
Time-lapse adapted to site duration and location
The system is selected for framing, duration, electrical supply and connectivity. Cameras capture interval photographs which are edited into a visual progress summary.
For sites without power or internet, we offer standalone time-lapse, with regular material collection and optional AI upscaling to 4K depending on equipment. Upscaling is different from native 4K capture.
We also offer 4K IP systems and options up to 6K. Remote access, live viewing and advanced functions depend on the agreed equipment, power and coverage. Installation, maintenance visits and material access are defined in the proposal.
Ground-level filming and photography for the details
We complement overviews with processes, materials, finishes and on-site activity. These images explain the work and provide continuity in monthly edits.
Filming days are planned with the construction team to coordinate access, work areas and key moments. Still photography can be included in scope.
At completion, we can produce a property or architecture film focused on the finished space and its commercial presentation.
Interviews to explain the project
Architects, site managers and project teams provide context images alone cannot communicate: goals, construction decisions and features of the space.
We prepare questions and manage lighting, sound and filming. The Savills and Celonis example shows interviews and spaces brought together in one film.
Interviews and customer success stories can be quoted as additions to monthly coverage or as a final production.

Send the location, expected duration and key milestones. Explain available electricity and connectivity, visit requirements and the videos or photographs you need. We will prepare a proposal with defined scope and monthly fee.
How many visits are included? The agreed number for the project’s development. Can the plan change? We review schedule or requirement changes with you and quote additions before carrying them out.
Can I view cameras live? Only with compatible systems and the planned connection conditions. Standalone time-lapse works through periodic material collection.
