Behind the scenes of concerts and music videos

4K MULTICAMERA FILMING
We plan conference filming with one or several cameras according to the room, speakers and intended result. We can work in 4K and agree on the delivery format, combining wide shots, speakers and presentations.
Sound is central to the planning: we review available mixing-desk outputs and assess any additional microphones or recording equipment required. Slides, captions and other material to be included are coordinated before editing.

How to book conference filming
The programme lets us anticipate changes of speaker, round tables and moments requiring specific coverage. For conferences with several rooms, we need to know which talks overlap and which equipment must remain in each space.
Before the event, we agree access, tests and receipt of presentations with the organiser. We coordinate with the sound team to capture voices clearly and plan how slides will be incorporated.
We also define delivery: a complete session, individual talks, captions and highlight films are different tasks. A clear quote specifies versions, revisions and the schedule so you can assess the coverage you need without hiring resources that do not contribute to your event’s objective.
Questions when organising coverage
How many cameras are needed?
It depends on the room, speakers and deliverables. We size the coverage according to the programme and necessary shots.
Can the recording include slides?
Yes, if agreed before the event. We coordinate files and their incorporation during preparation.
How do you cover several rooms?
We review timings and simultaneous talks. Each room needs defined equipment and coverage.
Can we combine filming and streaming?
Yes, we can assess both services. The proposal specifies recording, live production and technical requirements.
Which versions can we request?
Complete sessions, individual talks and highlights are different options. Editing and versions are specified in the quote.
Complete talks and event highlights
Complete talks preserve the event’s content. A highlight film presents its main moments, attendees and atmosphere in a short video. These are different deliverables that can be coordinated within one production.

Programmes and live productions
We also produce recorded programmes and presentations, with planned cameras, lighting and sound. Content can combine speakers, demonstrations and supporting footage according to the format and available space.

THEATRE FILMING
We film performances with one or several cameras to capture the whole stage and details of the acting. We agree positions with the venue and production team, respecting performance conditions and the audience’s view.
Sound capture is planned around available resources: mixing-desk signal, microphones and ambience. Duration, editing and intended use are specified before the work.
Concert filming
We plan concert coverage according to the stage, duration and videos required by the artist or organiser. Cameras and sound capture are specified in the quote.
We can consider a behind-the-scenes film or highlights alongside the full performance, coordinating the team needed for each deliverable.
